A product doesn't suit you or have you changed your mind? You have 14 days after receipt of the order to return it.
We remind you that return costs are your responsibility.
Without proof of sending, a lost package cannot be refunded.
A product returned without its label still attached and its original packaging cannot be accepted by our services and will be charged to you.

* From the moment your order is entrusted to the carrier. Orders are processed the same day if you order before 10 a.m. (French time), or the next day excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email notifying you of the shipment of your order and indicating the tracking number. Sending is carried out outside weekends and public holidays and can be extended during peak periods.
** European countries served are: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom Sweden & Switzerland.
**Countries served internationally are: Canada & United States. These countries are subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
